Deposit Policy
A $25 deposit is required for all appointments. The deposit will be discounted from the total amount.
You can reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you reschedule before 24 hours of the appointment. You will not need to make a new deposit if you provide 24 hours of notice.
If you fail to arrive to your appointment, you will lose your deposit. To book your next appointment, you must leave another deposit. No exceptions.
Late Policy
I provide all clients with a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will need to reschedule and leave another deposit to book again.
Cancellation Policy
You can receive a full refund on your deposit if a cancellation request is received 48 hours before the appointment.
Fills
At least 40% of lash extensions must be present to be considered a fill. If you can count the number of lashes you have, it is probably not a fill.
I only provide fills on full sets done by me. I do not do foreign fills.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you experience excessive fallout within 2 days of application, please contact me to schedule a date to fix them free of charge.
